Transformative Sound Bath

I wanted to share my truly transformative experience at Awilda's recent sound bath. It was far more than just a relaxing experience; it was a deeply restorative journey. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a calming atmosphere created by Awilda's serene space and welcoming energy. Her voice, a gentle guide, led me on an inward exploration.

 

The sound waves themselves were incredibly powerful, yet subtly nurturing. I felt them resonate within my very being, gently washing away tension and stress. It was a profound sensation of being both completely grounded and simultaneously weightless, a paradoxical feeling of deep connection to my body and a release from its usual anxieties.

I have known Awilda for many many years and when I began my own spiritual journey, I began to see and feel a side of her I had never known before. Awilda helped guide me through some major spiritual transitions that I was (and always will!) going through. She was there to listen to me, to support me, to laugh with me at some of life's synchronicity and to provide me with insight when I started to get pulled in too many directions. Awilda is a beautiful person, a wonderful caring woman who is in touch with that invisible force that so many have been conditioned to tune out. I wish I was able to spend more time with her physically, but she is one of the cornerstone people who has supported me on my own spiritual awakening. For that I am tremendously grateful.
