Sound Bath
An immersive sound session designed to promote cellular regeneration, deep relaxation and reduce stress. During a sound bath session, a variety of sound frequencies are used, typically produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and other instruments that create frequencies to stimulate your brain.
Reiki
A Reiki session is an experience aimed at balancing the body’s energy and promoting healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Yoga
Various yoga offered that all lead you to the path inward. Gentle guided flows, restorative poses to utilize kriyas and mudras to help enhance YOUR practice.

Session starts with a body scan to find areas in need of alignment. Use of tuning forks to bring your energy centers known as chakras back in alignment within your body.
Yoga Hike
With the use of Angel/Oracle Cards I will interpret what the angels are saying to you. Sessions lasts 20 minutes.
Angel Card Reading Parties also available.
Minimum 8 guests not including host. Sessions are 20 minutes long each and I suggest making appointments for your guests as it can be a long day/evening.
